Every room is furnished and ready to move into, and every rent covers the same things — Wi-Fi, electricity, water and housekeeping. What changes is how much space you have to yourself. We share current rent and availability when you enquire, since both move through the year.
One person
A room to yourself, with a door you close. If you study late, keep odd hours, or simply do not want to negotiate the lights with anyone, this is the one. It is also the first to fill each term, so it is worth asking early.
Two people
Two beds and two desks in one room, so you have company without living in a crowd. This is what most residents choose, and it is usually the easiest to arrange at short notice.
Three people
Three beds, three desks, and the lowest rent of the three. It is the practical choice in a first year, and the simplest way to move in with people you already know.
Same building, same inclusions, same rules. The difference is how many people you share a room with.

Safe Haven is a boys-only PG. This one is not a house rule so much as what the building is.
The main gate is locked overnight. Tell the warden in advance if you are going to be late and it is not a problem.
Visitors are welcome in the common areas during the day. Overnight guests need to be cleared first.
Common areas are cleaned for you. Rooms are yours to keep in order.
